Brazil Campo Das Vertentes
This coffee is sourced from Ivan Junqueira Ribeiro, who owns Fazenda Cruzeiro in Brazil's Campo das Vertentes region. Situated between 905 and 1160 meters above sea level, the farm was founded in 1923 and covers 1,021 hectares, with 381 hectares dedicated to varieties like Red Catuai, Yellow Bourbon, Mundo Novo, Topázio, Arara, and Rubi. The cherries are carefully harvested both mechanically and by hand when fully ripe, then dried on a cement patio to preserve their quality.
This coffee comes from Sancoffee, a certified B corporation:
Sancoffee was born in 2000 as a specialty coffee coop.
