Sourced from Colombia’s El Tambo, and Cauca regions, this coffee features the Castillo and Colombia varieties grown at 1400-2000 meters above sea level. Produced by ASMUCAFE, an association of women farmers dedicated to improving their families’ lives and strengthening their community, this coffee supports female empowerment through a special price premium. The harvesting involves careful selection of ripe cherries and a unique double fermentation—first resting in loading hoppers for 14 hours, then fermenting in open tanks for 10 hours. After multiple washes, the beans are dried naturally to preserve their quality.
