This bean is sourced from the Nuevo Oriente regions of Guatemala. This specialty coffee comes from a collaborative network of 55 dedicated farmers in Santa Catarina Mita. Grown in volcanic soil at 1500 meters elevation with natural shade canopy protection, the beans undergo traditional natural fermentation in tanks before patio drying. The result is a beautifully balanced cup with medium acidity and full body, which boasts rich chocolate and caramel notes with subtle fruity undertones.
