Brazil Sul De Minas
This coffee from Brazil's Sul De Minas region is a natural, single-origin blend. It's sourced from the Fazenda Samambaia farms, which sit at an elevation of 750-1100 masl and grow Yellow Cataui varieties. For over a century, the Cambraia family has been producing coffee in Santo Antônio do Amparo Village, located in the Sul de Minas region. The Fazenda Samambaia farm, spanning 1800 hectares with 619 dedicated to coffee, has a history of top 20 finishes in the Cup of Excellence. The farm employs 51 full-time workers and is owned by Henrique Dias Cambraia. He attributes the farm's success to its ideal location between the Grande River basin and the Sao Francisco River Basin.
