Grown at an elevation of 2068 masl in Sidama, this natural processed coffee comes from one of Ethiopia’s most established producing regions that is known for its quality and consistency in the specialty coffee market. Produced by a network of cooperatives, coffee is typically cultivated in garden-style farms under shade, where high altitudes and stable conditions allow slow cherry maturation and steady sugar development. This leads to a cup that is balanced, consistent, and well-structured, even in more commercial grades.
