This washed decaf coffee is grown in Caldas Colombia, a region known for its nutrient dense soils, spring water and ideal weather conditions. This allows for the beans to have the most ideal conditions to develop to their full potential. Processed by Desecal, they've perfected a decaffeination method using natural spring water and Ethyl Acetate (EA) from local sugarcane. This process gently strips away the caffeine without sacrificing the coffee's genuine taste. This results in a decaf that feels just like the real deal in flavor and quality.
