Our current coffee offering, sourced from Brazil's carmo de minas and Sul de minas regions, comes from Fazenda IP, founded by Isidro Pereira in 1967. Luiz Paolo Dias Pereira joined his father in 1974 and has since expanded the farm to cover 720 hectares, a 500% growth from its original size. With an elevation of 950-1200 meters and a varieties of Yellow Catucai, Acaia, and Yellow Bourbon, this estate produces exceptional quality coffee thanks to the slow ripening of cherries and selective picking made possible by the higher altitude. The coffee is processed using both natural and honey methods, making for a unique and delicious cup.
