OROMIA

Our current coffee offering is a washed process, single origin coffee from Ethiopia. The coffee comes to us from the Oromia regions. The farms sit at an altitude of 1900-2100 masl.

This coffee is comprised of deliveries from 742 smallholders in the Riripa area, and is sourced through a vertical integration agreement between SNAP Specialty Coffee and Haji Betro. As a longtime associate of SNAP, Betro's wet mill was completed in 2019 and a partnership was established.

Ethiopia is considered to be the birthplace of coffee. With the coffee produced having a lot of unique and flavorful aromas, it's a favourite among many. This in part is due to the many different coffee shrub varieties that grow within the Ethiopian regions.
